Core CNC Machining
Precision Machining: Specialized in processing precision electrodes (copper, copper-tungsten alloy, graphite materials) with size deviation within ±2~5μm, ensuring consistent electrode shape and size, which is suitable for EDM processing of mold cavities. We adopt standardized processing procedures to solidify tool selection, cutting parameters and processing steps into the digital system, reducing quality instability caused by different operation methods.

CNC Milling: Specialized in processing complex mold parts (including plastic molding, metal stamping, die-casting mold parts), with 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling capabilities—our core 5-axis machining equipment features 5-axis linkage, 360° full-angle processing, and integrated in-machine detection. It enables one-time completion of complex mold cavities, mold cores and mold bases with micro-tools (minimum diameter 0.05mm), eliminating clamping errors caused by multiple setups. It maintains ultra-high precision (≤3μm) for complex mold parts, ensuring uniform wall thickness of mold cavities and precise positioning of mold core details, while greatly improving processing efficiency.

CNC Turning: Focus on processing cylindrical mold parts (such as mold guide sleeves, electrode handles) and precision electrode blanks, with strict control of coaxiality and roundness (≤2μm) to avoid light reflection and structural deviation, which is suitable for optical communication mold parts and robotic mold components.

Precision Grinding: Achieve ultra-smooth surfaces (Ra ≤ 0.2μm) for mold parts and precision electrodes, avoiding light interference and ensuring stable mechanical performance of mold structures.
